These terms apply when you sign up for or use Mabni, a service of SMH Global Services (“we”). By creating a workspace you accept them for yourself and the company you represent. Last updated: October 2026.
The service
Mabni is a web application for managing construction sites. We provide a separate workspace for each customer, reached at its own address, and the apps that open it.
Free trial
A new workspace is free for 7 days. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan and pay. If you don’t, the workspace pauses after a few days and its data is kept as described below.
Plans and payment
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you pay.
- You pay by bank transfer and send the receipt from Plan & billing. The plan starts or extends once we confirm the payment.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next payment.
- Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
Late payment and pausing
When a trial or paid period ends, the workspace stays open for a few grace days. After that it pauses: people can sign in only to pay. The data is not deleted while a workspace is paused.
Cancelling
You can cancel by emailing us. Before cancelling you can ask for an export of your data. We delete a cancelled workspace 30 days after cancellation.
Your data
The records in your workspace belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to record the people and information you enter, including photos and ID details of workers. We use your data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
- Don’t use Mabni for anything unlawful, or to store material you have no right to store.
- Don’t try to reach other customers’ workspaces or interfere with the service.
- Keep sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your team’s accounts.
AI features
AI features read documents and photos and suggest results. They can be wrong. Check what the AI fills in before you rely on it.
Availability
We work to keep Mabni available at all times and back up every workspace daily, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We will tell you about planned maintenance that affects you.
Liability
Mabni is a record-keeping tool; decisions about your project remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email customers about important changes at least 30 days before they apply.
